HATS FANTASY CAT, AND SO WHAT? 11. Cat hat. I wanted to "revisit" the cat hat, it has become just so popular and seen-everywhere that I tried to change its look and give it some more originality. So here is my first try. I used plastic on which I put a modified satin (fabric transformed by scratching it), bias all around the hat, and big buttons down.
